Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) will be starting the Fall 2020 School Year with virtual online instruction for all ages. In order to support FBISD students during this time of online learning, Study Dorm has partnered with Fort Bend ISD to be designated as a District Learning Center. A synergistic relationship was decided in which Study Dorm would provide dedicated space, supervision and infrastructure to support area families during online learning. Study Dorm Staff is trained by FBISD to use tools like Skyward, Schoology and Microsoft Teams which are tools required for Online Learning.
FBISD Trained Teachers to help students follow daily school schedule, assist with school work (during asynchronous instruction session), homework help, prepare students for the test/quiz.
Study Dorm staff will help students understand concepts and provide practice worksheets to help students understand the concepts they might have missed during the synchronous instructions
What happens if I do not have time to finish the test? You have 14 calendar days to complete the test. If you do not return to the Testing Center wOur teachers will monitor students progress and provide feedback to parents.
Each student will be assigned a desk within the center for online learning. Spaced apart seating

Skyward: Official record for grades and attendance
Schoology: Learning Management System used to access course content and instructional materials. Schoology will be used as the standardized communication system for parents
Microsoft Teams: FBISD defined platform for synchronous video conference opportuities for teacher/student collaboration
Study Dorm is partnering with Creative Learning Academy to offer Online Learning Support at their Sugar Land Location three times a week
